SECTION 7 – SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
Certain Glycerique™ products may be available through recurring subscription plans.
Before completing a subscription purchase, the applicable price, billing frequency, and material recurring payment conditions will be displayed at checkout.
For our Monthly Refill Subscription, the first order is charged at checkout. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically every 30 days, with applicable taxes and shipping fees added where relevant.
By subscribing, you authorize PARADOX ONLINE LLC, doing business as Glycerique™, and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription payments until cancellation.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription by contacting:
To avoid the next scheduled renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your upcoming billing date.
Where online subscription management is available, you may also cancel through your customer account by selecting your active subscription and following the cancellation instructions.
Once your cancellation is effective, future automatic renewals will stop.
Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges or cancel orders that were already processed.
Eligible returns and refunds remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Our standard processing timeframe is approximately 1–3 business days, with estimated domestic delivery taking 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
