SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

At Glycerique™, we believe managing your subscription should be simple, convenient, and transparent. You have the flexibility to cancel your recurring subscription whenever you choose by following the instructions below.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your Glycerique™ subscription directly through your customer account.

To complete your cancellation:

  1. Sign in to your Glycerique customer account using the email address linked to your subscription.

  2. Open the Account, Profile, or Manage Subscriptions section.

  3. Locate and select your active subscription.

  4. Click Cancel Subscription and complete any remaining confirmation steps.

  5. Once your cancellation is confirmed, your subscription will no longer renew automatically.

You can manage your subscription online without contacting our customer support team, provided you have access to your account.

WHEN SHOULD YOU CANCEL?

To prevent an upcoming subscription charge, please submit your cancellation before your next scheduled renewal date.

We strongly recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to allow sufficient time for your request to be processed.

If your subscription has already renewed and payment has been collected, the corresponding order may have entered processing or fulfillment. In such cases, cancellation of that order may no longer be possible.

Any applicable returns or refunds will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION?

Once your subscription cancellation has been successfully completed:

  • Future recurring payments will stop, and your subscription will not automatically renew.

  • Orders placed or processed before your cancellation takes effect will remain valid and are not automatically refunded.

  • Your Glycerique customer account will remain accessible.

  • You may reactivate your subscription or purchase a new one whenever you wish, subject to the terms available at that time.

Please note that canceling a subscription does not automatically reverse previously completed transactions.
